Forgotten Logins and Passwords
Please contact Spot On Software or the System Administrator if you need your password reset.

Can’t access the Server (Desktop and iPad Users)
For desktop and iPad users, confirm that you have entered the correct IP address or domain name in the Host setup dialog. If you still can’t see the server and the Registry file then check with your IT department to make sure that Port 5003 is open.

Can’t see any Web Direct  Files for (Web users)
Access to both the server and the database are protected so you may be prompted to enter the password twice. If you can’t see any files in the WebDirect page using the direct URL to the file then try using this one. After entering either the appropriate Logins and Password you should then see list the files you are authorised to access.

Web Browser Popups
Some windows may be blocked from view when using the WedDirect method to access the Registry. You can change the ‘Block Popups’ in your browser settings. Here is a 3rd party articles on how to Allow Popups with various browsers. 

If problems still persist, please check Accessing the Registry page and the Technical Requirements to ensure your PC is compatible with the Registry software.

Recovering Deleted Records
Clicking the ‘Delete Record’ button under the detail view > ‘Options’ popover will permanently delete the record.  There is no way for users to recover the records once deleted, although the developers can recover data from the previous days backup if required.  BTW. The Registry will save records automatically – there is no Save button to worry about.
